Single Rough-legged Hawk seen on an old telegraph/power pole 1/4 mi. south of Ottosen this afternoon. It flew northwest over Banwart's Prairie and then cut behind the Ottosen Elevator north landing in a small CRP patch 1 mi. North of town in SW Kossuth County.
