I had at least a couple of CARWs in my back yard all last winter, but they disappeared around mid-March. Occasionally I heard churrs and songs in the neighborhood but never got a look. A couple of weeks ago I began hearing them very near my house, and this morning I finally spotted one. Has anyone else in Iowa City been hearing/watching them through the summer or know of a nest or brood on the east side of town?
