Hi All, Reid and I walked several areas at Errington Marsh (Polk County) where Smith's Longspurs were seen yesterday but we didn't find any. We then walked a large field at Chichaqua where Smith's Longspurs have been seen in the past but we did not find any there, either. However, we did find Brewer's Blackbirds among a large flock of blackbirds on the south side of Errington Marsh and found quite a few Rusty Blackbirds just after turning left off the long entrance road into the Chichaqua Greenbelt Bottoms area which leads one into the campground and longhouse area.
