CAREER OPPORTUNITIES IN SUMATRA

A new PMA joint venture is setting up GSM1800 mobile communication network in Sumatra.
We are looking for highly motivated individuals to joint us in this dynamic and fast growing industry for following positions :
A. Director, Sales & Marketing (DSM)
You are responsible for strategic development and management of all marketing, sales and customer service activities. You must possess ability to designed and implement marketing strategy to achieve sale/ revenue targets within budget and able to coach and motivate all marketing and sales people. At least five years hand-on experience in marketing and sales of consumer goods.
B. Manager, Sales & Channel Management (SCM)
You will be responsible to establish and develop wide distribution channels all over Sumatra as well as company owned sales outlets. You should have about five years experience in distribution or sales of consumer goods.
C. Manager, Corporate Communication & Public Relation (CCPR)
You will help us build and maintain favourable corporate posotioning/ identity, be responsible to implement marketing communication programs and marketing events as well as maintain external, government and stakeholder relation. We expect you to have three years or more experiences in similar position and good relationship with market agencies. Prior product launch experience is favourable.
D. Manager, Customer Relationship & Customer Service Department (CRCS)
Providing front line customer care and service of highest quality, you are responsible to develop and maintain excellent relation with our customer, call center operation and implementation of customer loyalty programs.
E. Manager, Human Resources Department (HR)
Mature and able to interact with all levels, you are responsible to deliver high quality HR service such as recriutment, training & organization development, compensation & benefit analysis, provide a range of service to both local and expatriate employees as well as managing industrial relations. About five years experience in large corporation, preferably.
F. Manager, Finance & Accounting Department (F&A)
You will manage and oversee all finance and accounting activities and be responsible for timely preparation of financial statement and reporting, analyse cost/ expenses and variances, and able to express idea clearly in written form. With five years experiences in similar position, we expect you to be able to set-up and improve finance and accounting system, procedures, and policies. Professional qualification CPA will be an advance.
G. Senior System Analyst/ MIS (SSA)
Having S1/ Bachelor degree in electrical, computer science or system application, knowlegde of several computer language and operating system. You will be responsible for database, programming and system design. Having finance and accounting knowledge will be advantage.
H. Engineers : Telecommunication, Electrical & IT (ENG)
We are looking for numerous engineers to take-up exiting challenges in network planning, implementation, and operation. Both experienced engineers and fresh S1 graduates from reputable universities are encouraged to apply. In-class and on the job training will be provided.
I. Manager, Legal Department (LGL)
You will responsible for day today business legal issues, also evaluating, negotiating and solving any legality matters related to business in any strategic partnership agreement, ensuring that the term and conditions meet company interests. You should have about 7 years experience in similar entity, either as an in house legal or in a business legal firm, fluent in English (both oral and written) and have through understanding of Indonesian legal law. Knowledge in Internasional business law be an advantage.
J. Manager Information & Technology Department (IT)
With at least 3 years hands-on experience in the development and implementation of major IT systems, you will have the responsibilities to develop, improve, and identify and monitor use of corporate IT. Have knowledge of several language and operating system such as UNIX/LINUX, Windows, Clipper, Oracle, Internet and Networking.
K. Accounting (ACT)
You will be responsible for accounting and/ auditing system. S1/ Bachelor degree in accounting or finance. Possess willingness to learn and strong drive.

General Requirements :
Willing to relocate to Medan/ Sumatra; At least S1 qualification from reputable domestic or overseas universities; having MBA qualification is advantage for A-F;

Fluent in oral and written English; Highly self motivatied and a good team player.
