The person who should know the most about these matters, specifically what Ministries of Education think (or at least what they say they think) is Nicholas. I have not found him to be as well-informed as I hoped, but we must ask him. Also, there is supposed to be a paid employee at OLPC whose job includes knowing such things. I have no idea who that would be, however.
