Did you make it on a Windows or Linux machine? We are getting a lot of variability in terms of having USBs work and I'm trying to tease out what all the different failure mechanisms are. If anyone wants to experiment I'd like to know if you can get a 4GB or greater stick, created using the Windows GUI, to work.
