This is what I am doing to create gcompris.net activity descriptions. For information, there are 100 activities in 60 languages and it translated in 6000 article on the web site. In GCompris I do this with a perl script and an xsl transformation towards the format used by my online content management system. All the code is in the docs directory. I am working on the bundles currently and got an idea. Would it be acceptable to ship my activity bundle with symbolic link to the sounds bundles. Potentially these link will be dead unless the voice bundle is installed. If it is, then it's just a mater to create voices bundles and include links in the activity bundle I ship.
