A couple other data points: The scratch team is working on releasing 1.4 as a Sugar activity via the activities library. We don't think we have an ETA yet. Bernie ported Sugar to an embedded board called the Beagle Board a couple of months ago. It would be very cool for using sugar as a interface for controlling and programing robots.
