Google Docs should work fine, AFAIK. As far as presentation tools, there is Turtle Art, which lets you pull images, sounds, and movies from your Journal. You can play image slideshows using ImageViewer. Or do presentations in the Borwse activity. The Open Office team is working on a Sugarized version. In the meantime, you can run it from Terminal.
