I'm going to dive into running Sugar on top of Ubuntu today on my fairly powerful machine and see if I can get some decent recordings. Sugar needs a face and preferably that face would be of a six year old doing amazing/genious things with a computer but those screencasts probably won't happen with SoaS. I'm hoping I can get that with a full install of Ubuntu with Sugar on the top. All my efforts with SoaS, avec et sans screencasting, have been _disappointing_.
