Our friends at Sceren very graciously allotted two corner tables for the OLPC France - Sugar Labs area. Five of us were there (I myself couldn't be there most of the day) with XO-1s in abundance. There was a steady stream of educators, a couple of them involved in NGO education projects in Africa. Several visitors said they had come to the show just to see us! It's an education tech show, and as such it is a bit odd - lots of school tech buyers and teachers interested in IT, but no students. We only gave one balloon away to a kid :-)
I passed by the Dell booth, they had a "classroom" set up with 24 Latitude 2100s. They were very surprised to see Sugar running on mine and said they would drop by the SCEREN booth tomorrow to learn more about Sugar. I'll try to get photos up tomorrow Sean _______________________________________________ IAEP -- It's An Education Project (not a laptop project!)
