I still have trouble selecting the buttons in the p-cactions portlet, both in Chromium and in Firefox. It seems that the page title overlaps the floating div which is laid out at an absolute position. The Vector skin, which is more modern than ShikiWiki, uses an entirely different approach to render the actions.
