Furthermore, the frequent use of the computer at home impacts positively learning in science." There are indications that enriching the home environment is as important or more important than the school environment. This is a powerful argument in favour of the OLPC take home policy. It is still unclear whether the effect comes from the quantity of resources, the quality of resources or parents' valuing of knowledge. Nevertheless a strong argument for the provision of ebooks and other take home resources. Tony
