+1 to this use of the TM, now that we've got an actual request (doesn't have to be formal, just has to be logged so we can see/refer to it later!)
This gives us 4 "yes" votes (Bernie, Walter, Adam, and myself) so it passes. Copying to iaep for vote transparency (so Adam's vote is also visible). http://wiki.sugarlabs.org/go/Trademark/Guidelines#Current_usages links to http://wiki.sugarlabs.org/go/Trademark_permissions_granted now, which we can use to keep track of requests we've granted, and also use as a repository of examples of requests that folks can look at, so they can see they don't need to be uber-formal. --Mel On 06/26/2010 09:07 PM, Adam Holt wrote: > +1, even if Eric Bachard wasn't awesome (in fact, he is) > > > Walter Bender wrote: >> I vote +1 to this use of the TM... but in the spirit of bike-shedding, >> I agree with with Bernie that the color-on-white schemes would be >> better on this page :) >> >> -walter >> >> On Sat, Jun 26, 2010 at 1:34 AM, Bernie Innocenti<[email protected]> wrote: >> >>> El Fri, 25-06-2010 a las 12:21 -0400, Mel Chua escribió: >>> >>>> Continuing our "move discussion to list" adventures... >>>> >>>> Bernie brought up an OOo4Kids request to display our logo.
