Is there a re image sector on the windows hard disk?
Sometimes it is visible on boot screen as a selection
Or Original software to use?
worst case would be to save your needed files to a USB hard drive and
re-image to factory stock.
Like re flashing an XO !

Check the connections tab in the internet settings. Make sure that there is no
proxy set.

Firefox does not offer a Network Diagnostics tool, but it does suggest that a
firewall may be the problem.
I am a "Mac Person." I haven't a clue how to work with a firewall since we
don't usually use them on Macs. Is this a problem I can fix myself?
I wish it were an XO. I would just re-flash and go merrily on my way!
TIA for any suggestions of things I can try to get this cute little PC online.
