The point "Copyrighted images are not allowed" does not quite seem useful. Every image has an author and that person (at least in the US) get a copyright on anything they produce. There are images that an individual might own the copyright to and images they dont. As well as images that you can use in accordance with the license requirements: CC, GPL, PD.
