Hi SG'ers olpc-SoCal'ers and IAEP'ers...
If you meant to sign up to help remotely with the upcoming DocSprint April
6-10, it is not too late. Here is a copy of the email I sent to those who
signed up (and who I have email addresses for). If you would like to be added
to the email list for the information I will be sending out either this evening
or tomorrow afternoon, please send me a reply (just to me, not to everyone!).
Thanks!Caryl

Hi Remote Doc Sprint Contributors!

Thank you all for volunteering to help with this important community effort!
This PM a final decision about the tools that will be used for the April 6-10
Doc Sprint will be made. I will send out a note tonight or tomorrow to all of
you about where and how to find the files to proof-read and test, along with
other possible projects you may want to help with during the sprint.

Each day the folks in Boston will work through the day (and, probably, play
through the night), giving those of us who are in other time zones a chance to
work while they are resting and/or playing.

Tomorrow morning I'll be attending a remote simulcast of the TEDChange event in
Paris… but I will be in a theater in SoCal. So, if I don't get word out to you
this evening, it will be tomorrow afternoon (PDT), still in plenty of time for
everyone to get ready.

If you would like to see a list of folks who will be participating both in
Boston and remotely, check here: http://bit.ly/qCf7wB I tried to include
everyone who indicated they would like to help remotely. If I got anything
wrong (like your location) or you want to specify what you would especially
like to work on, go ahead and edit it. But, please don't change anyone else's
info without their permission.

Thanks Again,Caryl
