Success!!! I copied the ScratchPlugin and CameraPlugin from /home/olpc/Activities/Scratch.activity/plugins/i686 to /lib/squeak/3.10-5
Note: I did it via terminal using *sudo *and it worked. Was surprised I didn't even need to enter a password. Thanks to all.
