If being fully free is a goal - which I don't think it ought to be, but if it is - then we have 1 clear winner. I have a 10 year old IBM x200 from gluglug, that runs libreboot and trisquel and thus it has absolutely no proprietary software, firmware or blobs installed when I bought it, but since I used it there is some now inside the browser js cache. I think the CPU microcode updates are turned if too, im not sure.
