Motion: To appoint Claudia Urrea to the oversight-board seat that opened due to the resignation of Laura Vargas. This temporary appointment would last until the next oversight board election in 2018.
This was discussed at today's oversight-board meeting [1], but since we lacked a quorum we could not take a vote. Hence this email. Please respond ASAP. The gist of the discussion was: <walterbender> #topic replacing Laura on the board <walterbender> Laura Vargas has resigned her seat on the board.
