Hal penting yang menjadi penekanan di sini diantaranya, yaitu soal waktu dari 6 tahun menjadi 3 tahun. Barangkali ide itu baik juga untuk mengantisipasi kemungkinan menjamurnya para broker lahan eksplorasi. Kalau komitmen eksplorasi cuma 3 tahun, barangkali bisa sedikit mempersulit.
