Hal penting yang menjadi penekanan di sini diantaranya, yaitu soal waktu dari 6 
tahun menjadi 3 tahun. Barangkali ide itu baik juga untuk mengantisipasi 
kemungkinan menjamurnya para broker lahan eksplorasi. Kalau komitmen eksplorasi 
cuma 3 tahun, barangkali bisa sedikit mempersulit.

  Sebenarnya hal ini telah dilaksanakan dalam kurun waktu empat -
  lima tahun lalu .
  Contohnya adalah kontrak antara PTM dengan Coparex (sekarang
  Lundin) di Blok Banyumas.
  Disini , Coparex hanya diberikan option untuk drilling tapi bukan
  "firm commitment", mereka hanya harus melakukan seismik.
  Disini Pemerimtah tetap saja untung , krena akan memiliki data
  yang baru , dan dapat menjadi acuan untuk evaluasi blok bersangkutan
  dikemudian hari (jika Kontraktor ybs tidak "berani" ngebor , dengan
  berbagai alasan baik teknis maupun finanssial)

  Dus , we are doing from learning , ya bagus toch.
