kalau soal ini saya setuju, tapi saya melihat perubahan di proses rekruitmennya itu lho. dulu prosesnya selalu dilakukan secara 'confidential' untuk menghindari beban psikologis dari masing-masing pihak. Yang perlu diingat yang ketemu di proses interview itu bukan anak buah dan bapak buah, tapi juga teman-teman lainnya baik dari satu perusahaan atau lain perusahaan.
Saya ingat betul dulu bahkan untuk jadwal interview saja disusun supaya tidak saling ketemu. interview juga dilakukan di ruang rapat, jadi interviewernya yang hilir mudik bukan si calon.
