Sejauh ini, delta yang paling populer di East Kalimantan adalah Mahakam Delta system. Selain itu, ada juga delta2 yang ukurannya lebih kecil seperti Sangatta dan Tarakan (paleo-delta). Pertanyaan saya, apakah ada lagi delta system lain di sepanjang East Kalimantan yang diakibatkan oleh uplift Upper Miocene di Kalimantan? Mustinya dengan uplift yang sebesar itu, terjadi juga delta2 lain yang cukup signifikan di East Kal. Parvita H.
