Kalau untuk sharing information terutama dalam hal teknis di antara sesama G&G kita saya pikir masih relevan. Sebaiknya jangan disangkutpautkan dulu dengan cost recovery walaupun memang sangat erat berhubungan. Kenapa ? Karena, saya percaya masih ada hal lain yang bisa diperbaiki dan lebih urgent di dalam komponen2 yg "biasa" di-cost-recovery-kan untuk dikurangi atau bahkan dipangkas sebelum menyentuh upaya2 pengurangan biaya utk forum sharing knowledge di antara kita, misal IAGI/HAGI/IATMI convention. Sangat baik kalau masalah program bisa dipadatkan supaya lebih efisien selama masih memungkinkan. Tapi apakah Jakarta dianggap lebih efisien ? Apakah Bali dianggap terlalu jauh karena komunitas G&G banyak di Pulau Jawa ? Apakah lokasi dan/atau kesiapan para Pengda ? Apakah banyaknya program dan/atau jumlah paper harus dibatasi ? Judgement-nya bagaimana sebaiknya utk ke depan ?
