*Background *



Corporate employees face 2 fundamental tasks everyday: getting things
done AND influence people to allow things done. Some people or
business partners are collaborative while others not.
This non-collaborative behavior prevents managers from accomplishing
their jobs. It is now essential for manager to be able to deal with
non-collaborative behavior of some people in workplace.

*Objective*



This workshop embraces new value that there is no such thing called
"difficult people". People are created equal so what matters is the
behavior not the person. In this workshop,
participants will learn how to differentiate person vs behavior,
identify the reason, develop appropriate strategy and finally master
the trick to cope with them.

*Instructor*

Won first contract in 1992, Sjahid were then worked with NGOs
(SwissContact, National Democratic Institute) and industries (Philip
Morris, Telkomsel, Nokia) and also learning institute (MarkPlus Inc.,
London School of PR).

His experiences as trainer both in soft-skill (personal improvement)
and hard-skill (selling techniques & complaint handling) makes his
training rich with real-life cases.

Learning from the master Allan Pease (Body Language) and Anthony
Robbins (Neuro Linguistics Programming) Sjahid holds certification as
Certified Practitioner of NLP, and this makes his trainings filled
with most recent method on controlling brain & behavior.

Participants will both acquire new skills & widen their horizon on
communication methods especially with non-collaborative behavior.
