Keruntuhan bangunan akibat gempa ini terjadi pada gempa utama (main shock) atau gempa susulan (aftershock) ? Apakah bangunan runtuh luluh-lantak pada 20 detik goyangan awal ?
Kalau runtuhnya pada gempa susulan brarti gempa utama (main shock) itulah warningnya. Termasuk warning ke regu penolong, SAR, PBK dll ini salah satu maksud dari WASPADA gempa, bukan hana ditujukan ke (calon) korban gempa.
