Mungkin ada yang berminat utk menambah pengetahuan salam benz ------------------------------------------------------------------ *The 39th IAGI Annual Convention & Exhibition* *Post Convention Field Trip* * * *Sedimentology of Lombok Beach **and Outcrops* *Date:* November 26th-27th, 2010 (2 days 1 night) *Venue:* Novotel Lombok – Kuta Lombok Beach and surrounding Area *Instructor:* Dr. Andang Bachtiar *Cost:* IDR 7.500.000,-/person (Airplane tickets, Airport Tax and Insurance are not included) Payment at least 10 days before "D" day (Nov 16th, 2010) *Who Should Attend:* geologist, geophysicist, reservoir engineer, stratigrapher, sedimentologist, reservoir modeller, paleontologist. *Field Trip Facilities :* 1 night lodging on single occupancy basis during fieldtrip, guidebook, shirt, stationary, meals and transportation during the trip. *Organizer Facilities :* Geology Hammer, Compass, GPS receiver. *Itinerary Field Trip* *DAY-1* 16.00 - 18.00 : Registration at Novotel Hotel, Kuta Lombok 18.00 - : Free time, barbeque party (During this time, small discussion will conducted to refresh our basic knowledge about sediment logy mechanism and it's applicative in oil and gas exploration) *DAY-2* 06.30 - 07.30 : Breakfast and preparation 07.30 - 08.30 : Travelling to Stop-1 (Awang Bay) 08.30 - 09.30 : Stop - 1; Oligocene Clastic Sediment, part of Kawangan Formation (During this time, the participant will invited to discussion about the sedimentology and regional geology of the oldest sediment in Lombok Island). 09.30 - 10.00 : Travelling to Stop-2 (Ekas Beach) 10.00 - 11.00 : Stop-2; Tertiary Limestone (Late Miocene), part of Ekas Formation 11.00 - 12.30 : Travelling to Kuta Beach Lombok 12.30 - 13.30 : Lunch at Kuta Beach Lombok 13.30 - 14.00 : Travelling to Stop-3 (Novotel Hill) 14.00 - 14.30 : During this time, the participant will invited to discuss about morphology control, foraminifers sand distribution and base rock configuration of the foraminifers sand deposited at Kuta Lombok Beach. 14.30 - 15.30 : Stop -4 (Tidal Channel; 50 meter from Stop-3) (During this time, the participant will invited to discuss reservoir variety of foraminifers sand deposits (tidal channel environment) and their sedimentology mechanism). 15.30 - 18.00 : Stop - 5 (Beach Area; in front of Novotel Beach; 50 m from Stop -4) (During this time, the participant will invite to discuss reservoir variety, quality, base rock control and sedimentology mechanism).
