Dari info informal yang saya dengar (ada
bocoran draft UU Migas yang katanya versi DPR) , bahkan dalam RUU yang
baru segala sesuatu termasuk kontrak harus dengan persetujuan
DPR.
Untuk diketahui , saat ini Cost Recovery (karena dianggap utang
negara) harus dimasukan kedalam RAPBN , baru kalau sudah disetujui
akan dapat direalisasikan , APA Benar begitu ??? Mohon yang mengetahui
dapat memberikan pencerahan.
Kan bertambah puaaanjang jalur
birokrasinya .
