Detailed specifications for the full paper content and format are: 1. Full Paper written in English 2. Typed with Arial font size 10 single space 3. Typed in one column 4. Maximum 5 pages • Thefull paper is to be submitted electronically via email at [email protected]. This full paper must be submitted by November 15, 2012. • Full paper submissions will be reviewed by experts selected by the editorial board for their demonstrated knowledge of particular topics. The progress and results of the review process will be announced by email to the author no later than November20, 2012. • If your full paper is accepted, you may choose to present an oral presentation or e-presentation. E-presentation is an electronic presentation format that allow you to share your presentation file without presenting an oral presentation.
