Slightly out of context, tentang airport di Bali Utara saya sudah dengar tetapi saya baru dengar kalau mau dibuat airstrip dengan reklamasi. Tepatnya lokasinya di mana ya? Mungkin ada yang tahu? Untuk sekedar informasi, selain yang Aria sebutkan bahwa Bali Utara termasuk daerah wisata menyelam (Pulau Menjangan, ini taman nasional), Pemuteran, Puri Jati, perairan Lovina sangat terkenal dengan dolphins di pantai. Dengan adanya airstrip ini, saya yakin akan mempengaruhi ketenteraman dolphins ini karena berisik. Selain itu, perlu kita lihat contoh di Pulau Seribu. Reklamasi di Teluk Jakarta sudah sangat menghancurkan terumbu di Kepulauan Seribu serta segala suspensinya membuat visibility di sana hanya 2-3 meter. Tahun 2004 saya ke sana, kapal Papatheo yang karam masih bisa dilihat dari atas kalau cuaca bagus. Kalau weekend masih menjadi playground orang2 Jakarta yang gemar diving. Sekarang Pulau Seribu hanya menjadi tempat training penyelam2 baru saja. Artinya, pengaruh reklamasi ini sampai lumayan jauh juga ke kepulauan seribu. Jangan sampai terjadi di tempat lain. We evaluated several parameters, one of them is the sedimentation in accordance with the temperature and the bathymetric information recovered from the marine minister. The artificial island will be located at 1.54 Km from the mainland, the island is 100% environmental (supplied by renewable energy), using desalinated water process and reducing the carbon emissions using carbon sequestration process. Today we know that micro-organisms will evolve and will live around the artificial island allowing new species and old species to live again and reintegrate the north of bali, we are talking about fish, new generation of corals etc.. We don't have lot of intel about the geological, bio environment and organics in the north area of Bali, we know that the island will be a benefit for several species but sometimes is missing in our analysis, maybe you can help us to provide a better and complete analysis....
