Attn: Contractors RE: RESOLUTION AND RELEASEMENT OF OVERDUE CONTRACT FUND It is unfortunate that unnecessary charges/ bills had been taken from several foreign contractors whose their outstanding contract fund has not yet been released or collected by an unauthorised person, corporatebodies and so-called lawyer or an attorney who per adventure present or act as an Agent for an innocent foreign contractor for their selfish interest and extorting money from them without any result. Therefore, President Olusegun Obasanjo, IMF and World Bank chairman held a meeting early this year 2007 prompted a directives stipulated that no charges should be paid in Nigeria by contractors to avoid unnecessary ceaseless charges because all outstanding fund overdue has been moved to the United Kingdom processing Centre where all contractors files and documentation are authorised to be check according to the rules and regulation governing the contract overdue payment in a suitable form. However, all contractors whose their outstanding contract fund are not yet released or paid are strongly advised to forward requirement below with immediadiate effect: * Your Name in full * Direct Phone Number * Contract File Number Note: all contractors are warn to stop any further email communication and phone conversation to so-called Agent, Lawyer or any corporate bodies acting as the last resort to contractors in regards to their overdue contract fund.
