You can't run the Church on Hail Marys. Heaven finds an ear when sinners find a tongue. Life is ten percent what happens to you and ninety percent how you respond to it. The greatest things are accomplished by individual people, not by committees or companies. Something you don't want is dear at any price. To emphasize only the beautiful seems to me to be like a mathematical system that only concerns itself with positive numbers. The secret to staying young is to live honestly, eat slowly, and lie about your age. I'm not interested in age. People who tell me their age are silly. You're as old as you feel.
