We French Canadians have a tendency to "frenchasize" words, so we
pronounce it ee-BAT-is (in French the letter 'i' is pronounced ee, as in
bee). The rest is pretty much the same, but I'm sure no one would
recognise it anyway ;o)
Anyone else care to share their cultural "bastardisation" of the word
iBatis?
