I noticed that a couple of pages were added to the Wiki describing a support issue:

Does anyone know what other projects are doing to manage this? I'd like to go ahead and delete these.
Or would we prefer to just have a user area where folks can post
problems? I'm not for that since I think it would start becoming
difficult to manage those pages (see how some pages are now growing
outside of "Home": http://opensource.atlassian.com/confluence/oss/pages/listpages-dirview.action?key=IBATIS
