Location of Type Aliases

Just a thought but why can you not define the same alias in multiple 
sqlmap files?

And is the workaround that most people use to create a sqlmap file that 
just contains their aliases?

For me, it seem appropriate to keep the alias near the statement or map 
that uses it.  This way someone does not mistakenly remove an alias 
that may no longer be needed in one specific but may still be needed 
elsewhere.
