xml parsing issue using jdk 1.3 - iBatis fix version 2.1.0

Hi,
   I am facing the same problem which has been reported in JIRA. 
i.e. Parsing error due to :-

new RuntimeException("Error parsing XPath '" + pathString + "'. Cause: " + e, 
e); This constructor is not available in the jdk 1.3 (it was introduced with 
the jdk 1.4). 

In JIRA it shows that this bug has been fixed in version 2.1.0. 
Can you please tell me, from where to download Ibatis Version 2.1.0. Is it 
available for download?
