I don't want to bikeshed it, nor do I have a strong opinion on it -
that being said… :),
the image on the key doesn't look like anything phone related - at
least on the X9-14 (see the above manual).

that being said,  1bebc7869c99d466f819dd2cffaef0edf7d7a035 added
KEY_LINK_PHONE for F11 on Thinkpads T14 Gen 5, T16 Gen 3, and P14s Gen
5 - where the image doesn't look like a phone either (and it says
"Open Microsoft® Phone Link") so I guess it's fine.
