Have you performed all the necessary allocations of ISPMLIB, ISPSLIB, ISPPLIB, ISPPROF (etc.) prior to issuing the ISPSTART command? Don't forget ISPF needs the system libraries to be defined even if your ECHRLDML procedure doesn't specifically refer to them.
