Sounds like a SHARE requirement to me.

My memory is dusty... but did this change when it went from VSAM to ICF?
Something in the foggy reaches says there either was no limit or we hadn't
reached the 3200 in VSAM.

I am scratching my memory  but I thought we had at least that and probably
more going to to a usercat.
