That's the only REXX facility; TSO/E does not provide ANSI REXX, and
the last time I looked neither charout nor lineout are available in a
vanilla[1] TSO environment. But if you're running under ISPF then you
could also use Library Management.
[1] As opposed to, e.g., OMVS.
