Are there still situations where GRS is missing functionality contained within CA-MIM?
At one time (if I am not mistaken) GRS was not able to coordinate resources across multiple Sysplexes, where as CA-MIM could. It's not quite that simple, but almost. The GRS doc is *much* better now than it was the first time I did this in the mid 90's. Wonder what the fee is these days. IIRC, a client of mine that I did this for in the past told me IBM wanted around 80K! Search the archives, you'll find oodles of information.
