We had a quick look at this a couple of years ago. Symmetricom are (were)
handled in Australia by Rohde & Schwatz (http://www.rohde-schwarz.com.au).
This is a bloody expensive option IMHO.

Perhaps you should go get an old analogue modem and dial in to the NIST
ACTS server once a week to set the Sysplex timer.
You can serve the time from there to your other time servers within the
corporate network, keeping everyone in step.
There used to be an ACTS server run by the CSIRO (whatever the hell they
are called this year), but I can't seem to find it any more. Try
http://tf.nist.gov/service/acts.htm for some info.
