Hello Shmuel, Just a little time past I posted regarding job openings of a junior nature, and a senior CICS SP position.
On review of the responses, the majority did come into the junior sysprog category. And some of those responses were from people with zero sysprog experience. So I think any job posting will reach all levels of applicants.
