I too believe that is correct.

SVC 99 dynamic info retrieval also appears to treat DUMMY and NULLFILE
the same: both return a "type" of DUMMY and a DSN of NULLFILE.

So I'll go farther than I did in my uninteresting post: I will say
"there is no discernible difference between DUMMY and NULLFILE."
