Sam - thanks for posting about NCACMG. I thought it would be good to post
about the Chicago meeting of the Midwest Computer Measurement Group also.
>From my point of view, this meeting is one of the best meetings I have ever
seen from MCMG. Peter Enrico is giving 2 sessions on workload management.
Here is some info on it and the web site to sign up or find out more about
MCMG:

        Maximizing Your Use of SAS
        Chuck Moore, CBOE

WLM - The Top 10 Mistakes and Questions 2005
Peter Enrico, Enterprise Performance Strategies, Inc.

        Introduction to eWLM Concepts
Peter Enrico, Enterprise Performance Strategies, Inc.

Perception is Reality - The Psychology of Performance Management
        Denise Kalm, BMC Software, Inc.

I have been attending MCMG meetings for several years now, and they are
usually very good. If you're in the Milwaukee area, you can take the
Amtrak train down to about a 20 minute walk from the downtown Holiday Inn
Merchandise Mart where the meetings are usually held. I'm sure other
trains in the Chicago area get you equally close.

To sign up or get more information, go to:

    http://regions.cmg.org/regions/mcmg/

You can even see a picture of me at the last meeting. On the first page,
click on (Meetings, Click to See Meeting Under Way) in the 2nd paragraph.
Click on Slide 2, and you can see the light reflecting off of my bald
head. I'm in the purple shirt on the left looking at my notes.

The meeting costs $70 to attend if you pre-register and mail Janet Bishop a
check. It is $95 for walk-ins.
