Miklos,

Have you heard of a product called Info/X from Diversified Software?

http://www.diversifiedsoftware.com/resources/factsheets/ix.pdf

It doesn't create XML, but will load the JCL into a DB2 database. You
can then get a LOT of various reports out of it. I really wish we had
it. But it requires DB2, which we don't have and won't get.
