The "parameter" is not so obvious. If you are using batch jcl and execute cbcdvr then you specify
c++ with a /cxx on the parm,  i.e.
//COMPILE EXEC PGM=CBCDRVR,PARM='/CXX' on my sample proc there is a symbolic CRUN that could be set.
