Cross posted to both lists for all you TCP/IP gurus out there. After starting TCP/IP under z/VM and then doing a NETSTAT DEVLINKS command, the response shows that the OSA device 0B0-0B1 is "Waiting for start pkt". I assume this means that TCP/IP is starting its protocol with the OSA card in the z/990 and has not received a response. Is there any way to reset the devices/OSA interface from within z/VM to get this working again?
