I've always found IDP to be very responsive, with he exception[1] of
outstanding WTOR's in FATS. I certainly can't recall a technical
question presented through channels and not getting answered.
[1] I haven't checked in decades; they may have fixed it to use QEDIT.
Thanks, Seymour. You are right, years ago we gave the FATS users an
option to use F (MODIFY) and P (STOP) commands instead of replying to a WTOR
