There is only one control block per image/LPAR.
Yes, it is possible. You can have many domains assigned to one LPAR. (*)
You cannot have the same domains (on the same crypto-card) assigned to
concurrently-activated LPARs.
To simplify, you can have same domain numbers on different LPARs, but
only one of them can be activated.
(*) ICSF can use one domain at a time (see DOMAIN() parameter in
CSFPRMxx), but you can change the parmlib and restart ICSF.
